I ordered the Travel Skincare Kit a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, pretty easy to navigate. The kit included the Gentle Face Wash, Dewing It moisturizer, and a couple of sheet masks. I've used all of them several times now. The face wash is indeed gentle and didn't dry my skin out, which is a common problem for me. The moisturizer feels light but hydrating. The sheet masks were a nice treat. Everything came well-packaged, no leaks or anything. I haven't needed customer support, so can't speak to that, but the product quality seems high.
